American rapper Belcalis Marlenis Almanza, who is professionally known as Cardi B has been, flaunting her gorgeous rock since husband\/fellow rapper Offset (Kiari Kendrell Cephus) proposed in October of 2017 in front of hundreds of fans at Power 99\u2019s powerhouse concert on October 28th, 2017.  The big twist here though is that the famous couple had already been married for a month. The two had a very private ceremony at home with just Cardi B\u2019s cousin present as a witness.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
